Team Diagnostic™ Application

Our Team Diagnostic™ is another extension to the Business Diagnostic.  It asks your business team a series of questions based on a model of team perception about the business’ achievements in:

  • Defining a vision for the business and gaining their buy-in
  • How effectively the vision has been formulated into actual strategies to achieve it
  • Creating a business structure suited to achieving the vision
  • Developing a culture that promotes team morale
  • Product and service development and delivery
  • Marketing and selling its product
  • Managing the team
  • Systemizing its processes

To capture further information revealed by discussion with the team during the Q&A session you can use the Notes function attached to each question. These build into a comprehensive view of the team’s perception that can later be used to advantage in creating the report for the client.

If you can’t present the online version in person to individual team or the team group it’s possible to print the questions and mail them out. Data can be input to the application manually on return of the survey forms. 

The final report to you will highlight the things that matter most to the team, not just their views on particular business functions, so that you will know exactly where you need to focus their efforts to raise the level of job satisfaction and morale. 

In best practice businesses team surveys should be a regular and normal part of monitoring procedures and updating performance indicators. As improvements are implemented, based on the survey results, you are able to measure changes in employee satisfaction and buy-in to improving business performance by performing benchmark surveys at specified time intervals.
